Please note:

Prescription medications are controlled by law and can only be prescribed by a Veterinarian after an examination of your pet. Some medications can be redispensed (as repeat prescriptions) for an ongoing medical condition within a certain time period, if pre-approved by a Veterinarian.

Some orders may be declined, for example if your pet has not had a health check or blood test at our clinic within the last six months. Certain medications such as antibiotics and antifungals including topical preparations such as ear and eye drops legally require a physical exam to have been performed by a vet prior to dispensing. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Requests can be made at any time but can take up to 48 hours before being dispensed* so if medication is required urgently, we encourage you to call us on (02) 6360 4553.

We will notify you via text message once the medication is ready to collect
