Do you want to work with an amazing team? We are on the lookout for Cert IV Qualified Vet Nurse, preferably with several year’s experience, to join our small, friendly, independently owned practice in Orange. Our current Veterinary Nurse is going on maternity leave from March 2026 so start date would ideally be February 2026 to allow time for the new person to become comfortable in the role.

Our nurses are involved in all areas, from inpatient care to managing surgical cases, and the occasional reception shift. The successful applicant will be fully supported by a team of friendly receptionists, nurses and vets. We are looking for a proactive team player to join us and whatever your interests are, we are keen to develop and encourage them, offering CPD to help create a happy and skilled workforce. You will work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the occasional Saturday morning, but no OOH. 

We are seeking that special someone who has excellent communication skills and the passion to deliver compassionate, professional care to our patients and their owners. The position will also involve supervision and mentoring of student nurses.
